- note: in the future, `JamesIves/github-pages-deploy-action@4.1.5` may need to be replaced or supplemented by git commands to fully reset the preview branch so that images and builds do not linger and take up storage for too long

- [#220] reply mention now uses translations
- reply mention styling improved
  - `@` fits better
  - `min-width: 6ch` is used to remove shifting between `on` and `off` lengths, mostly for the english `on/off` but could be modified to work with any language in the future.

brecert 999fc5b639 Fix major image bugs for chrome 93+ 
- fixed major bugs for chrome 93+ at the cost of minor issues that may appear (unsure, did not find any in testing)
- position scaled image to the left for firefox (firefox aspect-ratio still does not scale correctly)
- added `--width` and `--height` to the `Grid` for theme creators who may want to use such information easily

bree 02bbf78dcd Fix: attachment scaling and better image scaling 
- attachment scaling now works for all forms of attachments
- switched to grid based action bar
- added onLoad class so image proportions are "trimmed" once the image has loaded to avoid moving the view around before loading
  - this may be possible to remove at some point

bree a4051330a3 remove most uses of as any in typescript 
- replaced many uses of `as any` with another more specific cast `as T`
- filled in missing typed for items that needed to be typed
  - new runtime code was added where necessary to satisfy the new types with comments
- added missing theme variable "sidebar-active" to the Theme variables
- forms using `react-hook-form` are now typechecked
- changed some instances of `target` into `currentTarget` while removing `as any` assertions
