* Fixed CSS for Settings.tsx + new Theme Shop design

* reformat

* More changes to UI CSS

* fix(sidebar): prevent items from shrinking

* fix(push): fix timestamp and icon for push notifications

* chore(ci): bump node to v16 in dockerfile
